Gender equality strengthens democracy, social justice, and economic resilience. This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) formalizes our commitment to integrate gender-sensitive policies and practices across all organizational levels, in line with EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020\u20132025, the European Research Area guidelines, and Croatian national frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The GEP aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure equal opportunities for women and men in leadership, decision-making, and project implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminate gender-based discrimination and harassment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mainstream gender perspectives into all programs, policies, and partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote work-life balance and inclusive workplace culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen gender-sensitive research, innovation, and data collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empower women and marginalized groups in sustainable growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
