The project "Career ROCKET: Respect, Opportunities, Choice, Knowledge, Equality and Training" lasted from January 2017 to June 2019. The project established a transnational cooperation of professionals, equipped adequately for detecting and combating gender-based stereotypes, specifically in the field of career choice and professional development of young people.

The aim of the project was to promote a harmonization of national approaches to the elimination of gender stereotyping in education and to encourage and increase the diversity of career choices for women and men (girls and boys) thus contributing for a more equitable and prosperous society.

Besides GTF – Initiative for Sustainable Growth from Croatia, the project consortium consisted of Gender Education, research and Technologies foundation and Gender Project for Bulgaria foundation (Bulgaria); 4 ELEMENTS (Greece) and Association of Human resources specialists (Romania).



The WE MAKE Project was implemented by GTF – Initiative for Sustainable Growth (lead partner) and the Association of Business Women (ABW) from North Macedonia. The duration of the project was from December 2017 to April 2019.

WE MAKE activities were diverse and geared to improving competitiveness of the Macedonian Economy by encouraging women entrepreneurship, export and innovation, including ICT/STEM/GREEN and SOCIAL Entrepreneurship. The project targeted young girls and women, potential and existing entrepreneurs, and government and civil society stakeholders in the selected municipalities of the eight regions where WE MAKE was implemented: Bitola, Struga, Veles, Tetovo, Kumanovo, Stip, Strumica and Skopje. Best practices from Croatia and EU were shared during this project.
